Amy (she/her) is an OG Colorado Mountain girl + started her hairstyling career in 2013. Amy graduated from the Aveda Institute in Phoenix, Arizona + made her way to Denver back in 2016 to begin her career with Three Cutters. Amy loves to create “cool girl bobs” + is passionate about customizing color to fit her guests unique hair needs- from a bright green to bedazzling blonde. Outside the salon, Amy enjoys crafting + cross-stitching and she is also a (relatively) new mom!

Audrey (she/her) made her way to Denver, eventually, by way of Switzerland, the Bahamas and then Boulder, Colorado. She attended CU Boulder and studied Biochemistry (a pre-req for any genius hair color formulator) and has an obsession with plants, with over 75 houseplants at home. Audrey loves creating fun bob and mullet styles- she can’t wait to hear about your ideas to collaborate on a fun hairstyle.

Thomas (they/them) made their way to Denver from Madison, Wisconsin in 2024. They have been in the beauty industry since 2012, and love all things beauty + sustainability. Their goal is to affirm your sense of identity through hair, whether that includes a big change or routine trim. Outside the salon, you can find Thomas in nature either walking, reading, writing, listening to music, or simply basking in the sunshine!

Kendall (she/her) is a Colorado local who graduated as valedictorian from the Aveda Institute Denver in 2020. She loves expressing art through hairstyling by working with blondes to create a beautiful balayage or lived-in color and cutting rad shaggy mullet styles. In her free time, she likes spending time with her dog Kairi, knitting, true crime documentaries, and eating pasta. Kendall also worked as a professional mermaid!

Karmen (she/her) has been a cosmologist since 2014. Coming from Iowa, she has loved spending the last year putting down Colorado roots! Karmen’s chair is a place for authenticity, where she supports every client in achieving their hair goals. When she is not at the salon, you can find Karmen walking her dogs: Layla and Ray, enjoying a glass of wine on the patio, and practicing yoga. Her favorite weekend adventures include hiking and exploring mountain towns, going to concerts, and visiting her family.

Chris (he/him) has been in the beauty industry since 2020, holding both a cosmetology + barbering license from the Aveda Institute. He has participated in Sassoon Academy London haircutting courses, Aveda runway styling, and is an OWay USA Collective Educator. Chris loves finding the right look for every person who sits in his chair + educating them on their hair needs so that they can recreate their perfect style on their own every day. Outside of the salon, Chris loves plants + gardening— this year he’s growing 10 different cultivars of hot peppers.

Meghan (she/her) moved to Colorado in 2019 from Atlanta, Georgia in order to experience the mountain life. Not long after moving, she decided to enroll in the Aveda Institute Denver, graduating in September of 2024. The reason Meghan got into the beauty world was because she wanted to use her creativity to consistently learn + grow both professionally and personally. As a recent graduate of 3C’s apprenticeship, she is most excited about building meaningful connections + helping clients achieve the hair of their dreams. Outside of work you can catch Meghan either mountain biking or dancing at an EDM show!

Kailey (she/her) was born in Michigan, grew up in the Phoenix Metro area, and finally made way to Denver in 2019. After spending many years in the insurance industry, she finally took the leap to pursue cosmetology in 2023, graduating from the Aveda Institute Denver. Right now Kailey particularly enjoys hair cutting (especially big chops). Now that she has graduated 3C’s apprenticeship, she is most excited to continue her education + surround herself with talent. Kailey has a cat named Nugget and enjoys crafting in her free time— ask her about her newest skill!

Alyssa (she/her) made way to Colorado in 2016 from Wisconsin (another Midwesterner around here). She graduated valedictorian from the Aveda Institute + is now the education intern at the Aveda Institute Denver when she’s not at 3C! Alyssa strives to create a safe and inclusive space for people to feel pampered + confident in their appearance. She loves to provide customized facials focusing on skincare, but also enjoys other aesthetic services like lash lift + tints, brow tints, and brow laminations. Outside of work, it’s likely Alyssa is reading a book while snuggling her cats, Bean + Boba, or convincing her husband to take another trip—ask her about her favorite places to vacation!

Kairi is the official Cap Hill salon dog as of 2023, happily welcoming each guest into the salon while also showing off her treat bowl. Kairi, an Australian Shepard + Labrador Retriever mix, was born right here in Colorado in 2020. She is a super chill, sweet, and independent dog who will become anyone’s best friend with a little snack. Away from the salon, you can find Kairi on a long sniff walk, playing with her toys, camping, snuggling with her parents, or snacking. She can’t wait to greet you at your next salon appointment!
