Kelly (she/her) has been behind the chair since 2018. A proud Aveda Institute graduate with experience at London Fashion Week, she loves the instant gratification of a great haircut whether it be a fun mullet or a precise bob, as well as the magic of watching a color service come to life. Education is a passion of Kelly’s— she is constantly looking to expand her skills, refine her craft + stay inspired by new techniques + trends. She is also a self-proclaimed “certified bang/fringe enthusiast” + loves helping clients find looks that feel fresh, wearable + totally them. When she’s not in the salon, Kelly is either paddle boarding, at a concert, getting crafty making friendship bracelets, painting, or finding something to crochet. And probably cracking some jokes! Creating beautiful hair is the goal—but making people laugh + feel amazing while they’re in her chair is what Kelly loves the most.

Audrey (she/her) made her way to Denver, eventually, by way of Switzerland, the Bahamas + then Boulder, Colorado. She attended CU Boulder to study Biochemistry (a pre-req for any genius hair color formulator) + has an obsession with plants, with over 75 houseplants at home. Audrey loves creating fun bob + mullet styles- she can’t wait to hear about your ideas to collaborate on a fun hairstyle.

Amy (she/her) is an OG Colorado Mountain girl + started her hairstyling career in 2013. Amy graduated from the Aveda Institute in Phoenix, Arizona + made her way to Denver back in 2016 to begin her career with Three Cutters. Amy loves to craft short cuts, create “cool girl bobs” + is passionate about customizing color to fit her guests unique hair needs- from a bright green to bedazzling blonde. Outside the salon, Amy enjoys crafting + cross-stitching and she is also a (relatively) new mom!

Chris (he/him) has been in the beauty industry since 2020, holding both a cosmetology + barbering license from the Aveda Institute. He has participated in Sassoon Academy London haircutting courses, Aveda runway styling + is an OWay USA Collective Educator. Chris loves finding the right look for every person who sits in his chair + educating them on their hair needs so that they can recreate their perfect style on their own every day. Outside of the salon, Chris loves plants + gardening— ask what he’s growing this year!

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Jodi (she/her) brings extensive experience, creativity + a genuine passion for hair to every guest who sits in her chair. Jodi first worked with Aveda 15 years ago + is absolutely loving being back with the products + color that originally inspired her. Throughout her career, Jodi has had the opportunity to teach at the Aveda Institute + assist with hair at New York Fashion Week—experiences that shaped her artistry + deepened my love for the craft. Continuing education has always been a priority for Jodi. She is committed to staying current with trends, techniques + fresh ideas so that she can bring the best + most up-to-date looks to my clients. Jodi truly loves what she does + feels excited to come to work every day, creating beautiful, personalized hair + meaningful connections with every guest.

Kendall (she/her) is a Colorado local who graduated as valedictorian from the Aveda Institute Denver in 2020. She loves expressing art through hairstyling by working with blondes to create a beautiful balayage or lived-in color + cutting “rad shaggy mullet styles” (in her words). In her free time, she likes spending time with her dog Kairi, knitting, true crime documentaries + eating pasta. Kendall also worked as a professional mermaid!
Annika | stylisT

Annika (she/they) moved to Colorado in 2018 from Minnesota for the mountains + sunshine (typical). In 2022, after graduating from the Aveda Institute, she transitioned to the beauty industry after a decade in healthcare. She loves formulating vivid, vibrant colors + easing guests with haircut anxiety with her meticulous craft. Outside of the salon, Annika enjoys summer mountain activities, crafting, astrology, bad reality shows + hanging out with her partner, friends, and cat.

Meghan (she/her) moved to Colorado in 2019 from Atlanta, Georgia in order to experience the mountain life. Not long after moving, she decided to enroll in the Aveda Institute Denver, graduating in September of 2024. The reason Meghan got into the beauty world was because she wanted to use her creativity to consistently learn + grow both professionally and personally. As a recent graduate of 3C’s apprenticeship, she is most excited about building meaningful connections + helping clients achieve the hair of their dreams. Outside of work you can catch Meghan either mountain biking or dancing at an EDM show!

Kailey (she/her) was born in Michigan, grew up in the Phoenix Metro area, and finally made way to Denver in 2019. After spending many years in the insurance industry, she finally took the leap to pursue cosmetology in 2023, graduating from the Aveda Institute Denver. Right now Kailey particularly enjoys hair cutting (especially big chops). Now that she has graduated 3C’s apprenticeship, she is most excited to continue her education + surround herself with talent. Kailey has a two cats + enjoys crafting in her free time— ask her about her newest skill!
Alyssa | Esthetician

Alyssa (she/her) has been in Colorado since 2016. She graduated valedictorian from the Aveda Institute Denver + is now PM Esthiology Educator at the Institute, in addition to working at 3C. Alyssa specializes in corrective skincare, with a strong focus on microneedling + results-driven treatments. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where guests feel both pampered + confident in their skin. While corrective treatments are her main focus, she also offers customized facials, waxing services, lash lift + tints, brow tints + brow laminations. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Alyssa reading with her cats, Bean + Boba, or convincing her husband to plan their next getaway— ask her about her favorite travel destinations.
Jenna | Esthetician
Specialty | brazilian waxing for all genders
Jenna (she/her) is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in esthetics. She earned her license from Honolulu Community College in 2019, but soon moved back to her home state of Colorado with her two dogs, Peyton + Elway. Jenna works part-time at Prost, so she is always good for a beer recommendation. She also is currently in school to become a registered nurse, with the goal of moving into medical aesthetics. Talk about a triple threat! Most of all, Jenna loves helping guests feel confident, cared for + comfortable in their skin.
